This webinar was presented to help business leaders and owners get answers to questions related to how insurance coverage may apply to potential claims related to this pandemic. The agenda included an overview of property and business interruption coverages and how various exclusions and coverage limitations may impact coverage for policy holders.
In addition, we reviewed the impact on employers and their employees relating to workers compensation and employment practices issues. We also discussed third party liability issues and how liability coverage may potentially be interpreted in claims scenarios.
