World Business Chicago’s Fellowship Program provides a professional development opportunity for mid-level executives to help drive inclusive growth in Chicago’s strong economy. Early to mid-career professionals are deployed to WBC on a full-time basis for 3-6 months to help advance projects that drive inclusive economic growth and development.

WBC’s talented fellows work on economic development projects and programs to help guide the development and implementation of initiatives vital to advancing Chicago’s future.  Fellows receive personalized career and leadership coaching, enhanced leadership and managerial skills, and the opportunity to network with Chicago’s corporate, civic and nonprofit leaders.

Program Details

Two classes per year:

Spring Session (March)

Fall Session (September)

Three to six month full-time commitment

Must be sponsored by their company or organization
