Foreign Policy recently published the second Global Cities Index, a comprehensive ranking of sixty-five cities around the world. The index ranks metropolitan areas on business activity, human capital, information exchange, cultural experience, and policy engagement. Recently, leaders behind the Index, along with WBC President, Rita Athas, presented on the methodology, results, and correlations of the index.
