Josephine is a Namibian Fulbright Scholar currently studying towards an MPA in Strategic Public Management and Leadership at Northern Illinois University. Before coming to the US, Josephine worked as a Manager for Management Accounting at the Agricultural Bank of Namibia, mainly responsible for the Organizational Budget, the Management Accounting function as well as Fixed Assets Management.

Prior to joining Agribank, Josephine worked for the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund of Namibia, where she was their Manager of Procurement and Property division. Before that, she was Head of the Financial Accounting division at the same organization. She has further worked for the largest telecommunication company in the country’s finance department.

Josephine is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and obtained her undergraduate qualification in Accounting and Finance from the Namibian University of Science and Technology; and has further attended a management and a senior management development programme with the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa as well as a strategic leadership programme.
