Andrew Lines became a Plan for Economic Growth and Jobs Fellow in September 2013.
Andrew is a manager for CohnReznick’s Valuation Advisory Services practice, and has spent more than 10 years performing valuations on a wide variety of real property types. Assignments have been completed for financing, litigation, tax appeal, estate gifts, asset management, workouts and restructuring, as well as purchase price allocations, impairment studies, and financial reporting. Andrew has also performed appraisal review assignments for accounting purposes, asset management, and as an evaluator for the banking industry. Andrew is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), holds state certified licenses in multiple states, and has provided testimony as an expert witness in court.
An east-coast native, “Drew” obtained a BFA in Drama from Syracuse University, and is an active board member with the SU Alumni Club of Chicago. He has acted in a number of productions in Chicago and co-founded Tireswing Theatre, where he wrote, directed and produced family-friendly theater for over five years.
