Beata has practiced in the global mobility / expatriate tax area since 2005. She has responsibility for providing global mobility services to large international corporations as well as smaller companies just beginning their mobility programs. Beata advises clients on individual income taxation for US citizens abroad as well as foreign nationals entering the US, executive compensation, global payroll reporting as well as coordinating various aspects of expatriate programs for a number of large multinationals, including managing assignee satisfaction and standardizing assignment related procedures.
Beata has also been on an expatriate assignment from January 2012 through December 2013, managing the U.S. India Global Employer Services group for the US in Gurgaon, India. Beata’s experience working with and managing virtual teams spanning different time zones and cultures provides clients with quality work product while also operating timely and efficiently. Beata also has experience in developing, coordinating and instructing internal training in the expatriate field.
Beata holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, both from DePaul University.
She is a Certified Public Accounts in Illinois and is a Global Professional in Human Resources via the HRCI.
