Bill DeLoach became a Plan for Economic Growth and Jobs Fellow in January of 2015.

Bill joined Exelon in 2002 and has worked in a number of different roles in his time with the Company. In his current role as Energy Acquisition Director for ComEd, he oversees Wholesale Markets & Development, Wholesale Supplier Operations, and Energy Supplier Services.

Prior to joining Energy Acquisition, Bill was ComEd’s Revenue Management Director, where he was responsible for ComEd’s credit, collections, customer assistance, and payment processing functions. Bill also has previous experience with Exelon as its Financial Controls Director and in Internal Audit.

Prior to joining Exelon, Bill worked for Arthur Andersen in their Business Process Risk Consulting group, where he was a manager in the Chicago office.

Bill is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bill has a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University.
