Elizabeth joins us from Hyatt, a leading global hospitality company, where she is the Director of Strategy and Innovation for the worldwide loyalty program spanning 11 brands in 50 countries.

In her role, she is responsible for the long-term strategy of the program, monitoring competitive analytics and market data in and out of industry and ensuring alignment of benefits to value for the members of the program. During her nine-year tenure with Hyatt, she has managed global user-centric research initiatives, program benefit enhancements, member retention efforts and the revitalization of the B2B loyalty experience.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Elizabeth worked in consulting and advertising where she developed focused marketing initiatives across including such brands as Intercontinental Hotels Group, Royal Caribbean International, The Luxury Alliance, Southern Pacific Hotels Corporation, AT&T, Bank of America and American Express Publishing.

Elizabeth is in the process of completing her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (candidate June 2016) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
