A seasoned executive, Matt Kinnich’s career reflects notable achievements in progressive sales management, business development, and P&L leadership roles spanning more than 25 years in the consumer package goods and education industry. Since 2010, Matt has served as Vice President, International and Business Development for Becker Professional Education, a DeVry Education Group subsidiary. His responsibility entails accountability for company-owned and partner-operated teams that manage Becker international operations in more than 50 countries. In this role, Matt has significantly expanded program and product offerings through strategic M&A initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Matt initially joined Becker Professional Education in 2008 as Vice President and General Manager – Stalla, the company’s financial business unit. Prior to joining Becker Professional Education, Matt served as Director of Strategic Planning from 2001 to 2003 with Career Education Corporation, collaborating with divisional and campus-level teams on alignment of annual operating plans with long-term goals. In 2003, he was promoted to Vice President Strategic Planning and Development, directing development and implementation of corporate-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
Matt holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He has served as a member of several post-secondary college and school governing boards, and currently is affiliated as an adjunct faculty member teaching Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Concordia University.
