Terrance is dedicated to delivering strategic support to key industry sectors (clusters) with a focus on economic growth that is innovative, globally relevant, as well as inclusive of all residents and partners.
Terrance brings experience from a variety of roles in economic development, planning, and community development. This includes most recently working in the City of Rockford IL Community & Economic Development Department planning, recommending, managing and evaluating long range planning efforts, community design initiatives, plan implementation, and economic development planning efforts. He’s also worked in business development and international trade for the Rockford Area Economic Development Council and as a Metropolitan Planner for the Rockford Metropolitan Agency for Planning.
Terrance holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Terrance returned in January of 2017 upon joining WBC.
