The Riverwalk will invigorate and enhance the surrounding urbanscape by providing dynamic new commercial space and an uninterrupted route from Lake Street to Lake Michigan for pedestrians and cyclists.

The project leverages $98 million in Federal TIFIA loan funds for infrastructure.
