Manufacturer's Purchase Credit (MPC)

A manufacturer may earn a credit toward the Use Tax or Service Use Tax when purchasing qualifying machinery and equipment.

Benefits: 

Credit benefits equal half of the state tax that would be owed if not exempt.

Eligibility: 

Purchases may include manufacturing and graphic arts machinery and equipment.
