  • TIFWorks - Funds workforce-training costs for companies located in City of Chicago TIF districts.
  • Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) - Provides funds for repairing and remodeling facilities to small industrial and commercial businesses within certain TIF districts.
  • Laboratory Facilities Fund (LFF) - Promotes the growth of second-stage technology firms in select City of Chicago TIF districts by providing grants to help construct lab space.
