WBC Hosts the Osaka – Chicago Innovation Summit

On Tuesday, November 17, World Business Chicago joined the City of Chicago, the City of Osaka, and the Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago, for the first Osaka-Chicago Innovation Summit.

This virtual summit showcased innovation firms that have been developed in Chicago and Osaka, profiled the incubators nurturing new innovation, and featured a conversation with innovation companies that have become global thanks to their location in Chicago and Osaka.

The summit was co-hosted in partnership with 1871, Chicago Sister Cities International, the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Osaka Innovation Hub.

For those of you that attended, we hope you found value in the discussion. If you were unable to attend, we recorded the global conversation and you can find the recording on World Business Chicago’s YouTube page, linked here.

If you have any follow up questions for the presenters or would like to connect further, please contact Kyle Schulz, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Global Strategy at World Business Chicago at kschulz@worldbusinesschicago.com.
