Andrea Zopp of World Business Chicago Joins Governor-elect JB Pritzker’s Job Creation and Economic Opportunity Committee
World Business Chicago (WBC) President and CEO Andrea Zopp has been named to Governor-elect JB Pritzker’s Job Creation and Economic Opportunity Committee under his transition team.
At the core of WBC’s mission is driving inclusive economic growth and job creation for all of Chicago. To accomplish its goals, WBC creates initiatives and programs to benefit all Chicagoans. As part of the Job Creation and Economic Opportunity Committee, Ms. Zopp will provide her expertise and WBC’s experience to advise on the incoming administration’s economic and job growth policies.
The Job Creation and Economic Opportunity Committee will be chaired by Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council President Omar Duque, Director of Research Park at the University of Illinois Laura Frerichs, Illinois Medical District CEO and Executive Director Dr. Suzet McKinney and Chicago Federation of Labor President Bob Reiter and consist of 37 members.
