Blue Sky Innovation: World Business Chicago taps Mark Tebbe as new ChicagoNext chairman

ChicagoNext, World Business Chicago’s tech council, said Tuesday it has named entrepreneur Mark Tebbe as its new chairman.

Former chairman J.B. Pritzker ⇒, co-founder and managing partner of Pritzker Group, will become chairman emeritus, the organization said.

Tebbe, an operating executive at private equity fund Lake Capital, serves on executive committees for tech incubator 1871 and venture collaborative TechNexus. He’s also an entrepreneur in residence and adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
