Expanding Chicago’s International Relations
World Business Chicago manages the full spectrum of Chicago's global engagement. We coordinate the Mayor's international travel, lead global business delegations, and serve as the city's key liaison to the international community. We're also the first call for foreign direct investment and global companies looking to do business here.
One Of The Largest Active Global Networks
Chicago maintains formal sister city relationships with 28 cities across six continents. That network is administered by Chicago Sister Cities International, a program of World Business Chicago that manages cultural, educational, and economic programming across each partnership.

The Chicago Consular Corps is comprised of Consulates, Consulates General and Honorary Consulates representing over 76 countries from around the Globe.
Alongside the Chicago Consular Corps and Chicago Sister Cities International, World Business Chicago works to foster global diplomacy, economic partnerships, and cultural ties.
